Yard sales in Baldwin Park are permitted 4 times per year on the first Saturday and Sunday of the following months: March, June, and September. 

Note: December yard sales will be permitted on the second Saturday and Sunday.

All yard sales are subject to the following conditions:

• Yard sales are limited to Baldwin Park residents only.
• Only the sale of used personal merchandise is permitted (no sale or re-sale of new merchandise).
• Yard sales are permitted between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm.
• All merchandise must be removed by 7:00pm - No overnight display permitted.
• Merchandise must be kept on private property - the display of merchandise on sidewalk, parkway, street, alley or any other public right-of-way is not permitted.
• Yard sales' advertising signs may not be posted on telephone poles, street lights, traffic signs, or any other structure in the public right-of-way.

Failure to comply with Baldwin Park Municipal Code regulations (B.P.M.C. Sec. 119.02) is subject to administrative citations ranging from $100.00 to $500.00, PER Violation.
